    HUA HIN BEACHES

A leisurely  white sand beach awaits you in Hua-Hin. Due to rock formations  on the beach Hua Hin beach got its name . Hua Hin means stone headed).Hua Hin beach stretches upto Khao Takiab hill and is about 4km long. The absence of noisy motor boats makes it even more quiet. Despite being a popular beach you will have no trouble finding a quiet little corner on Hua Hin beach.

There are many small sea food restaurants lining the Hua Hin beach. You can simply hire a deck chair and umbrella and relax. On Hua Hin beach you can have a soothing Thai massage at price cheaper than the massage parlours. For the more adventurous ones horse ride is an option.

In soi 19 of Hua Hin town you will find  one more beach which is more popular amongst the local people. This beach also goes by the name Hua Hin beach. At the entrance of soi 19 you will see a welcome sign to this beach. The beach itself is not too attractive but there is a small public park surrounded by vendors selling Thai snacks.

Suon son beach is about 9km from Hua Hin town centre and is popular amongst locals. This beach is busy during the week ends and Thai holidays. On this beach you can hire deck chairs, mats and used tyres as a substitute to floats.

Suon Son Beach is maintained by the Thai army but is open for the public. Affordable accommodation is provided by the army too. It has two restaurants that serve Thai food and a small mini store.
